This Privacy Policy explains how DOMINEXT collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit dominext.co, create an account, subscribe to communications, contact us, use our marketplace, apply as a seller or creator, interact with educational content, register interest in events or workshops, or otherwise use DOMINEXT.
Different privacy laws may apply depending on where you live. Where the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or similar data protection legislation applies, we process personal data in accordance with the rights and obligations established by that law.
2. Personal Data We Collect
Depending on how you use DOMINEXT, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and contact information: your name, email address, username, password credentials, telephone number, billing address, shipping address and other information you provide when creating or using an account.
- Order and marketplace information: products ordered, order history, delivery information, returns, refunds, disputes, seller information and communications relating to marketplace transactions.

- Payment information: payments are handled by third-party payment service providers. DOMINEXT may receive transaction status, payment identifiers and related transaction information, but does not store full payment-card details.
- Newsletter and communication information: your email address, communication preferences and information you provide when contacting us, completing a form or subscribing to updates.
- Workshop and event information: information you provide when registering interest in, booking, attending or communicating about an event or workshop, where DOMINEXT collects that information directly.
- User content: reviews, comments, submissions, product listings, images, messages or other material you choose to submit through the Platform.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from technical information, pages visited, referring pages, timestamps and similar information collected through server logs or cookies and similar technologies.
3. Sensitive Information
Because DOMINEXT discusses kink, relationships and other adult subjects, information that a person voluntarily provides may sometimes reveal private or sensitive aspects of their life.
DOMINEXT does not require users to disclose their sexual orientation, sex life or similar sensitive information in order to browse the ordinary public areas of the website or purchase a product.
If you voluntarily provide information that qualifies as special-category personal data under applicable law, we will process it only where an appropriate legal basis and, where required, an additional condition for processing that sensitive data applies.
Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in public reviews, seller listings, contact forms or other submissions.
4. How We Use Personal Data
We may process personal data for the following purposes:
- to provide and operate the website and user accounts;
- to process orders and facilitate marketplace transactions;
- to communicate with customers, sellers, creators and other users;
- to facilitate shipping, returns, refunds and customer support;
- to review seller, creator or collaboration applications;
- to provide newsletters and marketing communications where permitted;
- to manage event and workshop enquiries or registrations;
- to maintain the security and integrity of the Platform;
- to prevent fraud, abuse and unlawful activity;
- to comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment and regulatory obligations;
- to understand and improve how the website and its content are used; and
- to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. Legal Bases Under the GDPR
Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis depends on the purpose of the processing and may include:
- Performance of a contract: where processing is necessary to provide an account, process a transaction or provide a service you requested.
- Legal obligation: where processing is necessary to comply with tax, accounting, regulatory, fraud-prevention or other legal obligations.
- Legitimate interests: where necessary for reasonable business interests such as securing the Platform, preventing fraud, responding to enquiries, operating the marketplace and improving our services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
- Consent: where you have chosen to receive marketing communications, accepted non-essential cookies or given consent for another specific processing activity.
Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.
6. Marketplace Data
When you buy from an independent seller, we may share the information reasonably necessary for that seller to fulfil the order, including your name, delivery address, order information and relevant customer communications.
Independent sellers may have their own legal obligations regarding customer data. Sellers must use customer information only for legitimate purposes connected with the transaction or as otherwise permitted by law and may not use DOMINEXT customer information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate legal basis.
7. Service Providers and Other Recipients
We may share personal information with categories of service providers that help us operate DOMINEXT, including:
- website hosting and infrastructure providers;
- payment and marketplace service providers;
- identity or business verification providers;
- email and newsletter providers;
- shipping and fulfilment services where applicable;
- analytics, security and cookie-management services where used;
- professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and consultants; and
- public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
DOMINEXT does not sell personal data in the ordinary meaning of selling personal information for money.
8. Third-Party Platforms
DOMINEXT may link to services operated by third parties, including Telegram, social networks, payment providers, workshop providers, event organisers and other external websites.
When you leave DOMINEXT or choose to use a third-party service, that service may process your personal information independently under its own privacy policy and terms. DOMINEXT does not control the independent data practices of third-party platforms.
9. International Data Transfers
Web Impact LLC is established in the United States. Personal data may therefore be processed in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate.
Where applicable data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we take steps to use an available lawful transfer mechanism, which may include an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another mechanism recognised by applicable law.
You may contact privacy@dominext.co for further information about safeguards relevant to your personal data.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for any additional period required by law.
Retention periods depend on the type of information and may take into account:
- how long your account remains active;
- the duration of a customer or seller relationship;
- tax, accounting and financial-record requirements;
- payment, refund and chargeback periods;
- fraud-prevention and security requirements;
- legal limitation periods;
- regulatory requirements; and
- whether information is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable, subject to lawful backup and retention requirements.
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
DOMINEXT uses cookies and similar technologies for website functionality and, depending on your choices, for preferences, statistics and marketing.
Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, you can choose whether to accept them through our consent manager. You can change your choices at any time using the “Manage Consent” control available on the website.
More information is available in our Cookie Policy.

- request restriction of processing;
- object to certain processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive certain data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
To exercise a privacy right, contact privacy@dominext.co.
Where the GDPR applies, we will respond without undue delay and normally within one month. That period may be extended where permitted by law, including where a request is complex or numerous.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
13. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure and unauthorised access.
The measures used depend on the nature of the information, how it is processed and the risks associated with that processing. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Users Under 18
DOMINEXT is intended for adults and is not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly invite minors to create accounts, make purchases, participate in our adult community spaces or submit personal information through the Platform.
If you believe that a person under 18 has provided personal information to DOMINEXT, contact privacy@dominext.co.
