Age Verification Disclaimer

1. Adult Platform

DOMINEXT is intended for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old, or older where a higher minimum age is required by the law that applies to you, to access adult areas of the Platform, create an account, make purchases or participate in DOMINEXT community spaces.

DOMINEXT covers kink, relationships, workshops, events, art and products intended for adult audiences. The age restriction applies to the Platform as a whole and is not limited to the shop.

2. Age Confirmation

DOMINEXT uses an age-confirmation prompt when users enter the website.

By confirming that you meet the age requirement, you represent that the information you provide is accurate.

An age-confirmation prompt is a self-declaration. It is not, by itself, government-issued identity verification.

3. Additional Verification

Additional identity or age-related verification may be required where reasonably necessary for marketplace onboarding, payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance or access to a particular service.

Seller onboarding may also involve identity or business verification through third-party payment or verification providers.

Where an additional verification process is required, users will be provided with information relevant to that process at the appropriate time.

4. Local Restrictions

Age rules and restrictions concerning particular products, content or services vary between jurisdictions.

DOMINEXT may restrict access to a product, feature or service in a particular location, or require additional age assurance, where this is necessary to comply with applicable law or service-provider requirements.

5. Misrepresentation

Users must not provide false information about their age or use another person’s account or identity to bypass an age restriction.

If we reasonably believe that an account is being used by a person who does not meet the applicable age requirement, we may restrict access while the issue is reviewed.

Where appropriate, an account may be suspended or terminated and a transaction may be cancelled.

6. Accounts and Access

Adults must not knowingly provide their DOMINEXT login credentials to a person who does not meet the age requirement.

Parents and guardians who wish to restrict access to adult-oriented websites may also use device-level or network-level parental controls.

7. Minors and Personal Data

DOMINEXT is not directed to people under 18 and does not knowingly invite minors to submit personal information.

If you believe that a person under 18 has created an account or provided personal information to DOMINEXT, contact privacy@dominext.co.

8. Verification Data and Privacy

If DOMINEXT or a third-party provider needs to process identity or age-related information, that information must be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements and our Privacy Policy.

We aim to collect only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant verification or compliance purpose.

9. Events and Workshops

Individual events, workshops or venues may have their own age restrictions or entry requirements in addition to this Policy.

Any additional requirement will be communicated in the relevant event, booking or venue information where applicable.
