DOMINEXT
Content and Community Guidelines
Effective Date: October 3, 2026
1. Purpose
DOMINEXT brings together education, independent creators, art, workshops, events, community discussion and a curated marketplace.
These Guidelines are intended to keep those spaces respectful, lawful and useful. They apply to user accounts, reviews, marketplace listings, creator submissions, workshop and event submissions, community spaces operated by DOMINEXT and other content submitted to the Platform.
2. Consent and Respect
Consent is central to how we expect people to interact within DOMINEXT spaces.
Users must not:
- harass, threaten, stalk or intimidate another person;
- pressure another person into sexual, romantic, financial or personal interaction;
- ignore clearly communicated boundaries;
- share another person’s private messages, images or personal information without appropriate permission;
- publish or distribute non-consensual intimate content;
- impersonate another person or deliberately misrepresent their identity; or
- encourage abuse, exploitation or non-consensual conduct.
3. Minors
DOMINEXT is an adult platform. Content sexualising, exploiting or endangering minors is prohibited.
Users must not submit sexual content involving any person under 18, regardless of whether the content is real, fictional, illustrated, generated or otherwise created.
Users must not use DOMINEXT community spaces to seek sexual or intimate contact with minors.
4. Sexual and Explicit Content
DOMINEXT is a platform about kink and alternative culture, but it is not a pornography platform.
Pornographic media, explicit depictions of sexual activity and content whose primary purpose is explicit sexual gratification are not permitted in user submissions or marketplace listings.
Non-explicit artistic, educational or editorial material may be permitted where appropriate to its context and consistent with these Guidelines.
Marketplace product photography should present the product clearly and professionally without depicting explicit sexual activity.
5. Hate, Abuse and Discrimination
Content that promotes hatred, dehumanisation, violence or targeted harassment based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation is not permitted.
Good-faith discussion, education and critique are permitted when they do not become targeted abuse or harassment.
6. Privacy and Personal Information
Do not publish another person’s home address, private contact details, identity documents, financial information or other sensitive personal information without a legitimate reason and appropriate permission.
Photographs or recordings from private spaces, workshops or events must respect the rules and consent requirements that apply to that space.
7. Marketplace Product Rules
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products offered through DOMINEXT are lawful, accurately described and compliant with the laws and product-safety requirements that apply where they are offered.
The following may not be listed:
- illegal products or services;
- pornographic or sexually explicit media;
- firearms, ammunition, explosives or products primarily intended to cause physical harm;
- illegal drugs or controlled substances;
- counterfeit, stolen or unlawfully copied products;
- products subject to a safety recall or known to be unsafe;
- food, beverages or perishable goods, unless DOMINEXT expressly approves the category; or
- products prohibited by applicable law or by essential service providers used to operate the marketplace.
DOMINEXT may maintain additional restricted-product rules for particular categories, jurisdictions or payment methods.
8. Product Listings
Product listings must be accurate, current and not misleading.
Sellers must provide the information reasonably necessary for customers to understand what they are buying, including relevant materials, dimensions, variations, production times, care information and safety information.
Where product-safety, manufacturer, responsible-person, warning, traceability or similar information is legally required, the seller must provide that information before the product is offered for sale.
A seller must have all rights and permissions necessary to use the text, photographs, trademarks and other material included in a listing.
9. Seller Identity and Status
Sellers must provide DOMINEXT with accurate identity, business and contact information required for marketplace operation, payment processing, legal compliance and consumer information.
Where required by law, sellers must accurately declare whether they are acting as a professional trader or in another capacity and must keep that information current.
10. Reviews
Reviews should reflect a genuine experience with the product, seller or service being reviewed.
Fake reviews, undisclosed paid reviews, threats, harassment, personal attacks and irrelevant promotional content are not permitted.
A negative review will not be removed merely because it is critical. DOMINEXT may remove reviews that breach these Guidelines or applicable law.
11. Creator and Art Submissions
Creators must only submit work that they own or have permission to share.
If identifiable people appear in submitted photography, video or other media, the person submitting the material is responsible for ensuring that the necessary permissions have been obtained.
DOMINEXT may decline a submission that does not fit the editorial direction of the Platform. Declining an editorial or artistic submission does not necessarily mean that the work violates these Guidelines.
12. Workshops and Events
Workshop providers and event organisers featured on DOMINEXT are responsible for providing accurate information about their activities.
Where an event or workshop involves physical contact, kink activities or other higher-risk activities, organisers and participants are expected to respect clearly communicated consent, safety and venue rules.
Being featured by DOMINEXT does not permit an organiser, educator or participant to ignore applicable professional, legal, safety or consent obligations.
13. Telegram and Other Community Spaces
DOMINEXT community spaces are intended for discussion, learning, connection and exchange.
Different opinions are welcome. Harassment, coercion, persistent unwanted approaches, spam, doxxing and deliberate disruption are not.
Community spaces hosted through a third-party service such as Telegram are also subject to that service’s own rules and terms.
14. Fraud and Platform Abuse
Users must not:
- engage in fraud or deceptive transactions;
- manipulate reviews or marketplace activity;
- attempt to bypass payment or security systems;
- use multiple accounts to evade restrictions;
- distribute malware or attempt unauthorised access; or
- use DOMINEXT to facilitate unlawful activity.
15. Moderation
DOMINEXT may review, restrict, remove or decline content where we reasonably believe that it violates these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, applicable law, the rights or safety of another person, marketplace requirements or the integrity of the Platform.
Depending on the circumstances, action may include requesting changes, removing content, restricting functionality, suspending an account or terminating access.
Serious or urgent issues may result in immediate action.
Where appropriate, a user may request review of a moderation decision by contacting support@dominext.co.
16. Reporting a Concern
To report content, a product listing or conduct that may violate these Guidelines, contact support@dominext.co.
For product-safety concerns, include the product name, seller and order number where available, together with a description of the concern.
17. Changes to These Guidelines
These Guidelines may be updated as DOMINEXT develops, new features are introduced or legal and safety requirements change.
