Purpose: DOMINEXT restricts access to the Platform to individuals aged 18 or older due to the nature of products offered, including artistic erotica. This Age Verification Policy outlines the procedures and requirements to ensure compliance with this restriction.

1.1 Age Eligibility

• The DOMINEXT Platform is exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old at the time of access, registration, or transaction.
• By accessing or using the Platform, including browsing, registering an account, or completing a purchase (as a registered user or guest), you certify that you are 18 or older.

1.2 Age Verification Process

• Self-Certification:

1. All users must affirmatively confirm they are at least 18 years old during account registration, guest checkout, or initial Platform access. This is typically done via a checkbox or acknowledgment prompt.

• Random Audits: DOMINEXT reserves the right to conduct random age verification checks to ensure compliance. Users must provide requested documentation within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 business days).
• Website Entry Prompt: Upon first visiting the Platform, users will encounter a mandatory age verification prompt requiring confirmation of age before accessing content. This prompt will be GDPR-compliant, avoiding unnecessary data collection.

1.3 User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information regarding your age.
• Misrepresentation of age, whether intentional or unintentional, violates these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

1.4 Enforcement and Consequences

• Suspicion of Misrepresentation: If DOMINEXT reasonably suspects a user is under 18, we may:

1. Request immediate submission of age verification documentation.
2. Suspend the user’s account pending verification.
3. Terminate the account and cancel any pending transactions if verification is not provided or confirms ineligibility.

• Transaction Cancellation: Purchases made by users found to be under 18 may be canceled, with refunds processed in accordance with the refund policy. Sellers will not receive disbursements for such transactions.

1.5 Data Protection

• Age verification data (e.g., identification documents) is processed in compliance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
• DOMINEXT does not store sensitive age verification data beyond what is necessary for verification, and third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect such data.
• Users have the right to access, rectify, or erase age-related data, subject to legal retention requirements.
