Content and Community Guidelines
1.1 Purpose
These Guidelines ensure a safe, lawful, and respectful environment for all Platform users.
1.2 Prohibited Content
Users must not post or list:
- Pornography, explicit nudity, or sexually explicit content (erotica permitted if artistic and non-explicit).
- Illegal products, including firearms, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances, or items prohibited by applicable law.
- Items primarily designed or marketed as weapons for causing harm to persons (excluding collectibles, historical replicas, tools, sporting equipment, and specialty items designed for legitimate purposes).
- Food, beverages, or perishable goods.
- Content promoting hate speech, racism, homophobia, violence, or discrimination.
- Misleading, false, or infringing content.
1.3 Listing Requirements
- Sellers must upload accurate product descriptions and images, subject to DOMINEXT’s manual or automated approval.
- DOMINEXT may upload listings on behalf of sellers under specific agreements.
- Listings must comply with intellectual property laws and local regulations.
1.4 Reviews and Ratings
- Reviews must be honest, lawful, and based on actual experiences.
- Prohibited content in reviews includes profanity, harassment, or irrelevant material.
- DOMINEXT may remove reviews violating these Guidelines.
1.5 Enforcement
- Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. DOMINEXT may report illegal activity to authorities.
- DOMINEXT reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content that we determine:
- Does not align with our brand values, community standards, or company mission
- Could potentially damage our brand reputation or image
- Is inconsistent with the spirit of these guidelines, even if not explicitly prohibited
- Is otherwise unsuitable for our platform, as determined by DOMINEXT
- Content removal decisions are final and at DOMINEXT’s exclusive discretion. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that content moderation decisions may include subjective determinations of brand compatibility and community standards.
